One sanctioned layout, on one map.
A project is a single layout drawing with its own plot numbering — however many plots that is. Fifty or five hundred, the price does not change.
- Phases on one sheet count as one project — we release them on the dates you choose.
- A second, separate layout at a different location is a second project.
- Running several projects? Ask about a developer rate — it drops from the third onwards.

The money, in plain language.
Half when we start tracing, half when you approve the preview and we publish. You see the finished layout on a private link before the second half is due.
No. The first year of hosting is in the project price. From year two there is a hosting renewal, which keeps the same URL alive. If you do not renew, the link stops working — nothing is deleted without telling you first.
No. Fifty plots or five hundred, one sanctioned layout is one project. Unusually large schemes may take longer to deliver, but they cost the same.
Statuses, rates, labels and photos you change yourself, free, forever. Structural changes to the drawing — re-plotting, merging, splitting — are free for the first month and then a priced change round, quoted before we touch anything.
No. We are not a broker and we take no commission, no listing fee and no percentage. We build the tool; the sale is entirely yours.
Before tracing begins, yes, in full. Once the layout is traced the build work is done and that part is non-refundable — which is exactly why we look at your drawing and tell you what it needs before taking any money.
